Nicola Chamberlain - Department Head
Nicola joined us in 2001 from a practice in Bristol. Her private and publicly funded caseload covers the whole spectrum of family law, including public law children work. Nicola has a particular interest in children cases, and is a member of Resolution. In addition to her role as head of the family department, Nicola is our Legal Services Commission Quality Mark representative.

Wendy Armstrong - Senior Litigation Executive
Wendy joined Foster Wells in 1983. She became a matrimonial fee earner in 1991. Her case load covers all aspects of private and public funded family law. She has impressive knowledge and experience, to include acting for parents in complex care cases. Wendy's particular strengths are in her ability to communicate with her clients and put them at their ease.

Cathy Graham - Senior Litigation Executive
Cathy has been a fee earner at Foster Wells since being employed in August 1999. However, Cathy has worked as a fee earner in family law for in excess of 25 years. She is very experienced in dealing with all aspects of family law and also has some experience in dealing with high finance cases. Cathy prides herself in her compassionate but direct approach to her clients.
