If you are to be prosecuted for motoring offences, we can advise you on the evidence, whether you have a defence to the allegation, the court procedures and the likely outcome.

Legal aid is only available for certain types of motoring offences. If you are to be prosecuted for an offence for which legal aid is not available, Foster Wells would be pleased to represent you privately. We are aware that many people rely on having a driving licence. Our charging rates are competitive and we are often able to offer to carry out this type of work on a fixed fee basis.
