  Christopher Hill

Christopher Hill
Christopher Hill is the Senior Partner at Foster Wells. Christopher joined Foster Wells in 1987 and became a partner shortly thereafter. He is a criminal law specialist. He also specialises in military law and regularly attends courts martial and military interviews in the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Kuwait and elsewhere. He has been involved in many high profile cases including the Sandhurst Enquiry, and the trial of soldiers accused of murdering an Iraqi civilian. He is the first civilian lawyer to travel to Basra to assist military clients. He has higher rights of audience in criminal matters and sits as Judge on Social Security Tribunals.

 
  Nichola Coleman

Nichola Coleman
Nichola Coleman has been with the firm since 1983 and first trained as a Legal Executive and then furthered her career to become a Solicitor. Nichola is now Head of the Criminal Department. She is one of our most experienced police station representatives. She also represents clients in military police stations. In addition to providing advice to clients at the police station, she prepares cases for trial at the Crown Court.

 
 

Alphonsus Doran
Alphonsus Doran began his career at Foster Wells as a Trainee Solicitor. Having successfully qualified as a Solicitor, he is now an experienced advocate, representing clients at the police station and in all types of hearing at the Magistrates Court. Alphonsus is an experienced trial advocate. He also undertakes courts martial and military police station work on a regular basis. He is a Duty Solicitor, currently serving on the local duty solicitor schemes.

Lisa Stewart
Following a career in business, Lisa Stewart is now a qualified solicitor. She specialises in all areas of criminal law and is regularly seen in the police stations and Magistrates Court. She also represents clients in military police stations and court martial hearings.
