At the Magistrates Court and Youth Court

If you are charged with or summonsed for an offence, you will be required to appear at the Magistrates Court or the Youth Court. We will, where appropriate, make an application for legal aid on your behalf. In the Magistrates Court and Youth Court, our team of experienced advocates will represent you.

You will be advised appropriately as to your plea. Your case will be fully prepared and you will be represented at each hearing.
